Glass Return Policy
At Conway Glass, each piece is carefully handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. We want every customer to be delighted with their purchase and confident in our workmanship. Because every item we create is unique, we’ve outlined the following return and exchange policies to ensure clarity and fairness for all of our valued customers.
Conway Glass Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your glass. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
Blown Glass
We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for blown glass returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. Credits usually take 10-15 business days to process from the date we receive the return.
This policy does not apply to commissioned pieces or damaged returns.
Custom Cut Glass
If we measured or cut your glass incorrectly, we will gladly replace it at no charge.
We cannot issue refunds or store credits for glass that was cut to incorrect customer-provided measurements.
Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom orders and commissions are non-refundable.
We require prepayment for custom orders and a 50% deposit for commissions, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
Design and consultation fees will apply if a commission is cancelled for any reason.
Once custom glass has been ordered, you are responsible for full payment upon delivery.
Damaged Items
We do not accept returns of damaged items and cannot issue refunds or store credits for them.
Please inspect your order promptly upon pickup or delivery.
Originality Policy
We do not reproduce other artists’ work or copy items made elsewhere. All our creations are original designs.
Repair Services
We offer repairs, gluing, soldering, and cold fusing for blown glass and stained glass.
